Christopher Hobson, who is a visiting Research Fellow at UNU and contributing to the Fukushima Global Communication Programme, published an opinion piece in The Japan Times on 7 February 2014. Drawing on the findings of the recent UNU-IGES international symposium in Fukushima City, it reflects on the rebuilding process to date, and indicates some areas where changes may be needed.
