Dr. Jacques Repussard, Director General of the Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety (IRSN) in France delivers a keynote speech on how the experience of the Fukushima nuclear accidents can contribute to the development of international best practices.

The keynote was part of the international seminar “Methods of Evaluating the Radioactive Effects of the Fukushima Nuclear Accidents“, exploring the evaluation of environmental and public health impacts of the nuclear accidents at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, organized by the UN University Fukushima Global Communication Programme.
